- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. German Maggi Seasoning (TFD addition of Maggi, omit for classic recipe)
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and minced
- 3 (adjust to taste) Thai ‘rat-dropping’ chili peppers, minced
- 4 stalks scallions, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced into halves or quarters as you see fit
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the liquids, stir gently to combine and add all other ingredients. Pour over rice and meat and enjoy!
