Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Framboise raspberry liqueur
  • 3 oz pink Champagne
  • 1 drop of French absinthe
  • 1 raspberry

Instructions

  1. Place a single drop of absinthe into a mixing glass. Add ice, then pour the cognac and Framboise in. Stir well, and strain into a champagne flute. Add the champagne, add raspberry, and serve.
