- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbsp. granulated Sugar in the Raw
- 1 tbsp. granulated vanilla sugar (TFD change, original recipe was just for regular sugar)
- Rum (VERY optional TFD change, use only if you want an adult beverage)
- 3 cups ice cubes

- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (very optional, TFD addition – omit if you prefer the original)
- Freshly-grated nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until fully liquid. If the mixture is too thick to pour, add up to ⅓ cup cold water and blend.
- Garnish with mint and freshly-grated nutmeg. Serve immediately with straws.
