Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. granulated Sugar in the Raw
  • 1 tbsp. granulated vanilla sugar (TFD change, original recipe was just for regular sugar)
  • Rum (VERY optional TFD change, use only if you want an adult beverage)
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • ***
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (very optional, TFD addition – omit if you prefer the original)
  • Freshly-grated nutmeg for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until fully liquid. If the mixture is too thick to pour, add up to ⅓ cup cold water and blend.
  2. Garnish with mint and freshly-grated nutmeg. Serve immediately with straws.
