My Citizens – in this hour of terrorist-inspired darkness, when achieving peace seems like trying to catch hold of light beams and just as impossible, let me share with you this message of hope.
From the 1940 classic film “The Great Dictator”, starring Charlie Chaplin in his only speaking movie role. In it, a Jewish barber secretly replaces a Hitler caricature and issues an incredibly powerful speech to the world. 75 years later, the message is just as relevant and I hope you find it as inspiring as I do.
I hope to bring about understanding between peoples by sharing their food and recipes, perhaps you can find another way to achieve the same goal, in your own style and method. 🙂
