- 5 oz. Stilton blue cheese (room temperature)
- 8 oz. scallion cream cheese (room temperature)
- 5 oz. sharp white Cheddar (grated & @ room temperature)
- 3 oz. Fiore Sardo cheese (grated and @ room temperature)
- 3 tsp. Vidalia or Walla Walla onion juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic juice
- 1 tbsp. Woodford Reserve bourbon
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 strips bacon, cooked, cooled, and crumbled
- 1/2 tsp dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- dash curry powder
- chopped fresh parsley mixed with finely chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- Mash all together except parsley and chopped nuts.
- With hands, roll mixture into round ball.
- Roll ball in nuts and parsley. Let sit in fridge for at least 18, preferably 24 hours, serve at room temp.
