Ingredients

  • 16 garlic cloves
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 4 tsp. freshly-ground cumin, dry-toasted in skillet
  • 4 tsp. sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp. ground chili – TFD prefers Chipotle
  • 6 tsp. dried oregano
  • 4 tsp. dried thyme
  • ½ cup fresh mint
  • 2 tsp. freshly-ground allspice, dry-toasted in skillet
  • 4 jalapeño peppers
  • 6 scallions
  • 1 medium onion
  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. dried shiitake powder

Instructions
