I am planning a full write-up of 3 excursions to BBQ restaurants in middle of nowhere, Texas (where I am currently visiting my in-laws in their small town, population 1,250) this coming Monday.
While at a family get-together for lunch at the Bill Miller BBQ restaurant in Adkins, TX – I exited the car to find a stunningly handsome rooster wandering around the parking lot.
At a BBQ restaurant.
The rooster is locally famous, but rarely photographed in-situ – as such, please enjoy these pictures of the infamous bird and experience my brief but memorable visit to the Twilight Zone. 😉
